Pricing:
The stated rates are in euros per person and include taxes unless specified otherwise. We retain the right to adjust prices without prior notification.
Booking and Confirmation:
Reservations must be submitted in writing via email or letter. Bookings made over the phone require written confirmation. Orders should include the following details:
• Name, address, email, and phone number of the booking agent
• Arrival and departure dates
• Name and details of the guest or group
• Number of travelers
• Requested services and activities
• Preferred accommodation category
• Special requests (e.g., non-smoking room, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions)
Bookings will be confirmed with a price quotation as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after the request.
Cancellation Policy:
For FIT (Free Independent Travelers), cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival will not incur any charges. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, the cost of one night’s stay must be paid.
For group bookings, full or partial cancellations made at least 45 days before arrival will not be penalized unless otherwise stated in the final confirmation. Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty.
Penalty Fees:
The penalty amount cannot exceed the total value of the booked services. No commission will be paid on penalty fees.
Accommodation Cancellation Charges:
Unless otherwise specified in the final order confirmation, the following penalties will apply in case of complete cancellation:
• Cancellations made 45 to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total service cost
• Cancellations made 30 to 21 days before arrival: 20% of the total service cost
• Cancellations made 20 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total service cost
• Cancellations made 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total service cost
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or failure to show up (no-show): 100% of the total service cost
A rooming list must be provided to EuroMosaic Tours by the deadline specified in the final booking confirmation.
Meals and Additional Services:
Unless otherwise indicated in the final booking confirmation, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur a penalty of up to 100% of the service cost.
The statutory time limit for penalties, cancellation fees, and liability claims is one year from the due date for both parties.
Changes in Group Size:
EuroMosaic Tours allows a 10% reduction in group size without incurring penalties. If the group consists of fewer than 15 people, they will be considered individual travelers (FIT) unless an alternative arrangement is made.
Payment:
Payments for booked services must be made via bank transfer. All reservations made through EuroMosaic Tours must be settled in the currency stated in the booking confirmation. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required 45 days prior to arrival, and the full balance must be received in our account before the guests’ arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon and specified in the final order confirmation.
